Water Exercise
Our water exercise program offers over twenty weekly classes for all levels of fitness including several special needs classes. Water exercise classes are included with your membership and no sign-ups are required.
Swim Lessons
Premier at Sawmill is pleased to offer the American Red Cross "Learn to Swim Program" to our members taught by Red Cross certified instructors. Class descriptions are available as recommended guidelines of which level to begin your child in the group swim programs that are offered at an additional charge to your membership. Private lessons are also always available.
The "Learn to Swim" program includes Parent-Child (six-months to three years) classes and classes for children swimming on their own beginning at age 3. Sessions run year-round with classes for each level offered nearly every day; over twenty-five group swim lesson classes in all. Sign-ups begin about 30 days prior to the session.
Swim Performance
As a cooperative program with our fitness team, Premier at Sawmill offers Swim Performance Training or SPT, a focus on swimming technique designed to maximize performance in order to get to the next competitive or fitness level via traditional training methods implemented by an on-deck coach in one-on-one, individually scheduled, hour-long sessions. This coaching is perfect for triathletes, competitive high school & collegiate athletes, or swimming enthusiasts.
Premier Splash Swim Team
Participate in a swim team atmosphere without the commitment of daily practices and weekly meets. Two certified swim instructors with college swim experience will instruct the team. Swimming technique, conditioning skills, swim etiquette, and flip turns will be taught and practiced throughout the session.
The Premier Splash Swim Team will meet on Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm; please sign-up at the Service Desk.
