Our mission is to provide an outstanding group fitness experience; one that is safe, effective, motivational and fun by providing innovative programming led by certified fitness professionals. Premier at Sawmill is pleased to offer you nearly one hundred group exercise and Spinning classes weekly, free to you as members. No sign ups are necessary! With diverse, contemporary programming, you are sure to find a class style and intensity level appropriate for your fitness goals.

Included in your membership is a fitness consultation to ensure that you get off to an appropriate start. One of our expert personal trainers will meet with you for a one-on-one session to evaluate your current fitness level and help you set realistic goals.

Qualified fitness team members will be available to assist you in gaining a general understanding of the strength training and cardio equipment. Our fitness team members are there to assist you with the use of the equipment, don't hesitate to look to them for assistance.

Customized fitness programs may also include, at an additional cost, personal training, sports performance training, swim performance training, cardio coaching, and nutritional counseling.
